Build a new War Memorial in Peterborough City Centre

Every year, all the cadet forces in Peterborough and our country's war veterans gather in a secluded spot behind the Cathedral on remembrance day to give respects to our fallen heroes.
We have been contemplating the need for a brand new memorial away from the Cathedral grounds and more into Bridge street or more in view of the general public.
This way, we will not have to squeeze around the current memorial on the muddy grass, highly invisible to the public who could actually be taking part in the remembrance.
