We are a new organisation to help provide practical advice, support and assistance to dads that have lost their children because the mother has decided to stop access. We are currently exploring the current system of Parental Responsibility, parenting rights including UK & European law and directives. We are active in reviewing the stated positions of the three major political parties in the UK and ensuring that the plight of dads is always "on the radar". We use a diplomatic approach and will in time provide funding, through the wheresmydad charitable organization, to help dads fight for access through the courts.
I know from past personal experience about this rubbish law. I went through the courtshitting every obsticle in my past that was put in to stop me having the same rights as women. I did eventually get my children back, through the courts, after the had ben damaged beyond repair and the same for me. But only when i proved that their mother had a section one affender living with her with the children.
i pay 200 amonth and have not seen my daughter for 3 years why is this , exactly why do i need to pay so much if another man is her new daddy , in fact why do i need to pay at all
i need help in restricting passports of my 3 children as my partner will take them away to pakistan also how can i go aruond in getting help in having access to my children as police have said i need to the legal way. I would appreciate all you help in this..Muddasar Hussain
