   The law should do what is best for CHILDREN, not the mother, who can often be using the children as weapons against the father. Children have rights too and fathers need to be involved in their upbringing.

   After fighting for the last four years for reasonable access to my son I have complete sympathy for any father going through anything like the same, long winded tortuous situation.

   i have for children,and i pay csa for all of them,but my ex misses does not let me see them.

   My wife intermitently take my kids away whenever she feels like it. It tears me and the kids to pieces but no body can help us.
