Make parking in NHS hospitals freeCreated by Abdul Basit on 07/03/2010
The parking in NHS hospitals should be free. It is free in Scotland and Wales and for many patients in Northern Ireland. When patients or their relatives pay for parking in a NHS hospital, their treatment is not free at the point of delivery. A patient may come to the hospital for a blood test or a chest xray, so when they have to pay £2.00 to park their car, the sevice cannot be regarded as free at the point of delivery.
