My husband died from Mesothelioma nearly 10 years ago. It as a dreadful disease, it has claimed so many lives needlessly.

I too was diagnosed in Sept 2008 and was given months. I am a chartered accountant and have absolutely no idea where I contracted the desease. I have had 2 treatments with Professor Vogle so far and go again for the next treatment on March 24. There has been an impressive improvement of my life quality already. I also endorse the wish to get the treatment in this country.

I have malignant Mesothelioma of the right lung and have completed a course of radiotherapy to the right chest wall scar November 2008. 20Gy in 5 fractions and have received Chemotherapy with Cisplatin and Alimita, 6 cycles completed 16 March 2009.
I am doing well and have been placed into the care of a consultant in Department of Respiratory Medicine who will review in three months.
