I fully endorse the MSA's campaign. There are huge benefits to be gained from allowing more closed-road motorsport events to occur in Britain and the Government should fully cooperate with this initiative.

This is well worth having on the statute.\r\nIf it was in operation all over the U.K. it would also help stabilise the situation \r\nin N.I.
