There have been recent cases of children returning to their homes after they had been kidnapped some 4 and in some cases 8 years, tell me why is their case different? The children will eventually want to know where they from and I hope they sue the people responsible from taking them away from their real family!

This case is filled with double standards, and is definetely due to over zealous social service workers. Surely there is a way for them to realise in this case there WAS a miscarriage of justice, and to hopefully reinstate the family gradually back together. No matter what time apart there has been surely it is more compassionate to have the children back with their rightful parents, instead of waiting for the children, when they are in their teens to make their own decisions, how cruel for the parents. If Madeliene McCann, thankfully was found alive and well after all this time, would we batter an eyelid about her going back to Kate & Gerry, and I'm sure this little girl would be far more traumatised than the Webster's children..Take this to the European courts. Also remember the case of the family in Europe who had lived in the cellar, they knew nothing about each other, but 'blood is thicker than water'. Do not give up, this is a difficult and testing time, but I pray God gives you both the strength & tenacity to keep going. The result will be joyful. God Bless you both.

I am disgusted on how the govement can let this carry on over 3years. Who are they to decides it is too late to return the children to the natural parents. The parents in this case have been proven innocent they are a victum of miscarriage of justice. If people are imprisoned then found innocent they get compinsated, what do this couple get? they don't want money, they just want their children back. It is all a load of rubbish saying they can't give the children back because they have settled into their new family. The children have been not only seperated from thier natural parents but from each other. Children who are put into foster care do not stay with just one family so why can these children not be returned to their natural parents. The court states that after 3 years it is too late to to set the orders aside and that it would not be in the interest of he children to do so. This case should not have lasted 3 years and should be reversed because of the miscarrage of justice. The court are not thinking of the childrens welfare, if they are they should think of what the outcome will be when they find out the truth when they are older. This could have more phycological damage to them in the future.
