Councils need to do more in the way or recyclying, instead of passing the buck to the public.
They are OUR Servants, they work for us. They should employ people to sort the refuse and not keep handing out another bin and expecting the public to do it.
If we are expected to do this then we should expect a substantial reduction in Council Tax, as we are doing the Council's work for them.
Too true, our councils have forgotten that they work for us and think instead that they are rulers of the universe and beyond reproach. We need to regain the power to reign them in and keep them in check.
That's right, in this day and age it should be done.
They are an eyesore in some enviroments and a pain in the back…. in others. And don't get me started with students!!!!
