2011-02-10 21:16:00 I would add that Scotrail ie FirstGroup announced it woulld pay an increase in dividends to its shareholders by 7.1% after it announced it's price increases. I have been travelling on the train since 22/11/10 and have not had a day where the train has not been late. Their response to my letters - we can be up to 10 minutes late and don't need to provide you with an explanation - tell that to my boss. I am late for work every day. Take the franchise from them!
