2011-11-28 18:39:27 I ride every day into southampton and the majority of the time scooters and motorcyclists use the bus lane already. I am loathe to do this as I know it is illegal. The day I do it there will be a police car sat waiting. The council should should not sit on the fence with issue; either allow motorcyclist to use the bus lanes or do something about those who blatantly flout the law, and give us honest bikers a bad name. Safety is always stated as the number one concern, so let common sense take the field and allow motorcyclists to use bus lanes.
