2013-04-19 18:35:13 no animal should be put into such appaling situations. Corby Council members would soon kick off if it was THEIR dog in that place. I really think the RSPCA should be called in to inspect the property and if needed take them to court for causing unnecessary suffering also taking the Corby Council to court as well to answer for it along with the Kennel owners.Name and shame
