The Flitch Way and the River Pant wildlife corridor that connect at the proposed development point would be destroyed. This rural haven has become no only an important wildlife refuge but also a safe an peaceful asset to our children, cyclists, walkers and pet owners. Whilst I am a keen football fan I cannot see how it can be justified that we spend £10m community gain on lets say 2000 football supporters.

The country side must be protected for these type of developments, otherwise our green fields will be lost forever.

There would be too much devastation to the last remaining bit of green fields between Rayne and Braintree.

We must not let greedy developers ruin this beautiful area and congest the town further!

We as residents do not want the extra houses built on our green fields

I do not expect the local planners to be bribed into development of land protected by Countryside policies with the offer of a football stadium. A stadium could be developed at the present Cressing Rd site.

i think the last remaining green space inbetween rayne and braintree is far more important than a football stadium and 500 houses and ferther pollute and grid lock this end of braintree
