EROTAS, created by Vana Dimitriou and Kosta Kostopoulos, first aired on ANT1 in September 2005. It was abruptly terminated in May 2008 at the height of its popularity -with as many as 2.5 Million viewers in its final week, followed by 1.6 Million viewers in Fall 2007.rnrnSign our petition to help renew interest in returning the program. We ask that the Erotas franchise remain within its network or be sold to a competing network for the full tenure of its career -at least 15 years by Greek standards in comparison to soaps at ANT1 of similar grandeur.rnrnWe want to use our collective voice to motivate ANT1 to continue on with our fabulous show. We are confident that Erotas can enjoy as long a run as Coronation Street and we want the networks to know this show should enjoy the tenure of its predecessors Lampsis and Kalimera Zoi.
