   I lived in Shelfor for 6 glorious years and cannot imagine why this place has to be damaged as proposed and therefore strongly support this petition

   I fully support this petition to reject the proposals. Shelford community would be completely damaged by such major work.

   I fully support this petition to reject the proposal. Shelford community and the environment would be damaged entirely. There are many other gravel extraction sites in the area which could be investigated fully.
