Seems a little silly to me to stop the deal. At the end of the day, its up to the individuals discretion about how much they drink. Punish the minority not the majority.

Unemployment is very high in Basildon, which means a lot of the youngsters don't have a lot of money, skybar was doing a great deal, it don't seem right to change it.
