   This was the last great show on TV any where in the world. The BBC blew it when they cancelled Summer Wine.

   Great programme, so easy to watch and have fun with. Don’t understand the BBC. They chop programmes with poor ratings yet this doesn’t apply to Last of the Summer Wine. Doesn’t make sense. Please bring it back.

   Here in the United States, the popularity of British sitcoms cannot be denied, and that is especially the case for Last Of The Summer Wine. This show is pure comedy gold. Please commission another series so that the fans in the States, myself included, can continue enjoying the comedic genius of Roy Clarke and all the characters of Holmfirth!
