Waterfalls Estate is a proposed development in Northumberland. It will be a Unique Luxury Eco Holiday Resort in the heart of rural Northumberland. Set in a 16 acre site, it will offer a traditional country estate experience for visitors looking for a truly memorable holiday in this beautiful county.

The exclusive accommodation will comprise 18 luxury chalets and three holiday cottages (converted from existing stone barns) designed and equipped to the highest standards, whilst site facilities include a restaurant, bar, pool and beauty spa. All external activities will be centred on country pursuits and sports, including a state of the art equestrian centre.

Waterfalls will create over 120 jobs in the construction and tourism industry. It will have an economic impact of £2Million per year on the local economy, and as such will create a further 56FTE jobs.
