The original 'Rattlesnake' label was wonderful design, no more enticing to children than other products on the market with bright colours and proscribed contents. The new label is boring and no longer bears any relevance to the brand name 'Rattler', the change should be reverted.

Advertising non-surfing related products using surfing/ surfer imagery…especially alcoholic drinks!

The logo is a bit of fun, based on the name of the brand. It is not aimed for under 18s. If under 18s are attracted by it, tough, because they're too young to buy it. There are many, many ales with cartoon / fun imagery (e.g. Admirals Ale, most Hobgoblin ales) which can be similarly labelled. The law preventing sale of alcohol to under 18s should be sufficient to deal with any problem the Cornish Rattler logo might cause.

Children are not allowed to drink alcohol. Why does the label affect this??

The banning of the snake is ludicrous – so what if it bears resemblance to a teenage mutant hero turtle? They went out of style 18years ago, so anyone old enough to remember them is old enough to drink. Please let the snake live on!
