This petition has been started to try and encourage Microsoft to do some thing about the problems with xbox live. it hasn't been possible to get in to xbox live for 1 1/2 weeks now.
Many people are getting fed up. Microsoft are not even informing us as to what is going on. We want from Microsoft the following....
To be kept informed as to what is going on with xbox live either by email or visually with an updated message on the home page of xbox website.
We want a apology for the inconvenience caused.
We want some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. ( after all we are paying for a service and are not getting it)
Most importantly we want the problems with xbox live fixed promptly.
If you want the following from Microsoft and want Microsoft to listen to its customers then please sign my petition.
