I have a medical negliegence claim in the system at the momemt and am horrified that the government, who in effect manage the NHS, should take back some of the money due to me! Poor management of the NHS was the reason my operation went so wrong. They did not suffer months of thinking their leg could never be felt or used again, they did not attend daily 3hr physio sessions or take prescription only painkilllers 8 times a day for over a year (and ongoing) they do not face an unknown future or have to give up both their career and sports because of the mistakes they made!!! Outrageous!! Thankyou for submitting this petition and standing up to these idiots!!

I strongly support this petition. Very recently, I was a victim of a car accident which was totally NOT my fault. I am happy that the injury wasn't serious. But to not get the full compensation I deserve will be very disappointing considering the hassle, inconvenience and disruption to our lives the incident brought.

Keep your thieving trotters and trough-seeking eyes away from those you don't help, support or protect anyway, robbers in parliament!

I'm in the very lengthy process of a small whiplash claim, not only the injuries but the ongoing stress, sleepless nights etc., definitely feel there should be more protection not less for innocent accident victims

If a person gets hurt, they need to get a realistic amount to rebuild their lives without the worry that they will again be short-changed.

  17. A J LONDON UNITED KINGDOM

I DO NOT AGREE WITH THE NEW PROPOSAL REGARDING THE ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AND IT IS NOT FAIR.

  18. Liam Sheelan Bury UNITED KINGDOM

Why should people suffer for others negligence?

  19. SHIRLEY REYNOLDS NOTTINGHAM UNITED KINGDOM

I AGREE 1000% MY SON IS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM…… HE WILL NEVER WORK AGAIN ,HE WAS INJURED AT WORK ,ALL THAT CAN BE CLAIMED IS 2YRS WAGES AND SOME EXPENSES,, THE GOV AND SOLICITORS WILL GET MUCH MORE THAN HE WILL……he also has to pay back all the sick pay he has had to live on,,,,THE LAW STINKS..

  20. Peter Maynard UNITED KINGDOM

Why should the innocent, injured person have to pay?
