When we said in the store that we'd never be shopping there again, they said 'Great!'. Not exactly the customer service I learned in Retail.

2011-12-26 16:28:23 I was so surprised how little regard that they had for there customer, cannot believe that they treated us that way all they had to do to make dad happy was pay the refund back in cash but no they had to do it on card store policy.
