rozhin mohammadi, an iranian women’s rights activist and weblog writers a student of medicine in the philippines on 23rd of aban when she returned back from istanbul to tehran was arrested by the information ministry officials and transferred to evin prison, rozhin merely for expressing her opinion about human right, has been arrested. Islamic republic of iran in what its own constitution and international human rights is bound to observe individual freedoms and human rights and so one seat of the united nations is in the name of iran. we, the undersigned demand and iranian human rights defenders , urge the international community and human rights organisation the strongest terms bring all possible pressure to bear upon the islamic republic of iran to immediately free rozhin mohammadi. روژین محمدی فعال حقوق زنان، حقوق بشر و وبلاگ نویس دانشجوی رشته پزشکی در کشور فیلیپین در روز ۲۳ آبان زمانی که از استانبول به تهران بر میگشت توسطه ماموران وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت و به زندان اوین منتقل میشود، روژین صرفا به خاطر ابراز عقیده که حق هر انسان میباشد، بازداشت شده است. جمهوری اسلامی چه در قانون اساسی خود و چه در حقوق بینالملل خود را ملزم به رعایت آزادیهای فردی و ملتزم به حقوق بشر میداند و به خاطر همین یک کرسی از سازمان ملل به نام ایران میباشد. به همین خاطر ما ایرانیان مدافع حقوق بشر از سازمانهای حقوق بشر خواستار پیگیری آزادی روژین محمدی میباشیم
