Nighthawk security are employed by affinity sutton to monitor illegal parking on the estate.
as a disabled person, i have had a parking bay since i moved in. in the past, nobody had any issues using my space, with the permit displayed, nor did any of the other tenants.
now, we are told by them that nobody can use our space, only the registered vehicle for that bay. so if we have a visitor, they have to park in sutton way, then we have to call a premium rate number to give them the registration details, your name and address, how long the person is staying for, and then, i get charged 60pence for that visit.
this is beyond invasion of privacy, and i do not see why i cannot use our designated bays, and just give them the registration number.
affinity sutton won’t speak with nighthawk security to confirm this.
