Local mp caroline lucas, who instigated the commission a year ago, wants ‘safe’ consumption rooms for drug users to use so they can legally take illegal drugs that are destroying our community and city. This could get the go ahead within the year! There is clearly no denying that the city has a major drug problem but is this the way to deal with it? What message will it give out to other drug users across the country? What about the safety of our community, our families & children and you?? Yes let’s battle the drug problem but not by giving & paying for them to have somewhere to take it when the money is needed else where for our elderly, our children, for education…..
