I am a u. S. Citizen, born in saudi arabia abd have been residing in the uk for a total of 10 years with a break to experience a different work culture in the usa, but now expected to leave the uk on january 31st 2015 due to my student visa expiring on this date. I am currently a full time working individual who pays their taxes and does not access public funds. My parents have paid approximately £1. 5 million for mine and my sisters education in the uk, and both my sisters have been granted uk citizenship and i have not. I am requesting an indefinite leave to remain in the uk as i have grown up here, since the age of 12, and have studied throughout gcses, a-levels, undergraduate degree and masters degree level. With my knowledge and skills i have gained,i feel that i can contribute to the uk economy, as i have done in the past few months. I will continue to do this with being granted a leave to remain in the uk and to be with my sisters, as mentioned previously, they are both uk citizens. By this petition, all my friends i have made, partner i am with and wish my future to be with, and family, it will show that i have built my life here in the uk and wish to continue this, as i have not made a life for myself in the usa.
