Objection To Concrete Recycling Plant At Mill Rythe

We, the undersigned, residents of Hayling Island object to the proposal to change the use of G Howard Waste Reclaimation Ltd, Howards Yard, Mill Rythe Lane, Hayling Island Hampshire PO11 0QG to a civil engineering depot with office, and associated materials recycling facility.We call upon the council to:

1. reject this proposed plan
2. investigate other possible uses for the land
3. fully consult with local residents on any future proposals
4. investigate brown field sites suitable for the proposed depot
