Sentence Increase For “One Punch Manslaughter”

After my son Robert Holland was killed by being punched once and the aggressor received a maximium on a guilty plea of three & half years i would like to try and get crimminal justice system to review the sentencing guidance. This sentence needs to match the gravity of the offence. We the undersigned would like to see the criminal justice system change to reflect a greater sentencing regime with regards to the crime of ‘one punch manslaughter’, that currently carries a maximum of five to seven years but with a guilty plea is submitted a maximuim of three to four years, which is a far lesser tariff than that for robbery.
