Why are prison sentences never served to their full term? No wonder so many criminals keep re-offending, and it acts as no deterrent for others to commit crimes. My brother was killed by a drink driver. He was handed a 3 and half year jail term, but was released after only serving 20 months. My brother? He is dead. It seems a little bit one sided to me, especially for the criminals. Come on judges, pull your bloody fingers out! Do what you are paid to do… SERVE JUSTICE, and make crime NOT pay! Let’s get as many signatures as we can to make a point.
Prison is supposed to be a deterant and each sentence should be served fully with no luxuries i.e. tv & game boys.
