1,000 Word Coursework, should not have footnote included in it!

Having a word Limit of 1,000 words, and then being told that footnotes are included is not reasonable! Students are less likely to footnote properly, and therefore fail! the actually essay therefore ends up being 750 words with 250 words of footnotes that cant be made any smaller!
more people speak up then it is more likely to change!

to have footnotes not included or capped to a reasonable 500 words
