National service should be re-introduced. As it could decrease the amount of anti social behavior on our streets. This is a big issue within the UK (About 45% (3.5m) of police calls relate to anti-social behavior).
National service will discipline young people and make them respectable members of the community. Bad lads army is a good example that it works.
