On Wednesday 30th November, around 3 million workers across the UK will be on strike in response to government cuts. Queen’s University Belfast Students’ Union will be meeting on November 21st where councillors will have the chance to vote on whether or not to support the protest.
There are concerns that this only gives the Student’s Union 8 days to get themselves together, inform students as to the situation, AND organise a campaign. An earlier meeting can be called but we need 250 signatures on this petition.
