   Traffic congestion in the area is very bad as it is. I do not believe that the plans for redevelopment would pass a basic test of sustainability.

   The placing of an incinerator in an area of any, never mind dense population will cause nthe excess deaths seen in all areas near to and down wind of such installations. It would be an act of criminal negligence to allow such a scheme to go ahead
