No More Bins

Councils need to do more in the way or recyclying, instead of passing the buck to the public.

They are OUR Servants, they work for us. They should employ people to sort the refuse and not keep handing out another bin and expecting the public to do it.

If we are expected to do this then we should expect a substantial reduction in Council Tax, as we are doing the Council's work for them.
