Ban Smoking throughout Coram Fields Playground

I agree that Coram Fields Management should immediately enforce a prohibition of smoking throughout the entire ground. People who smoke here show disrespect for children's health. Smokers are often enough near children and the left over of cigarettes can be found across the grounds on the floor. Coram Fields is an area for children and smoking should therefore be strictly forbidden there.
