I see no reason for this to be a means of making more money for insurance companies.

I don't want this law to pass. I feel that compensation i don't feel that the government should take money from their compensation. I feel that the compensation that people recover should only be used to rebuild your life.

  8. Dean Smith Malvern UNITED KINGDOM

I don't think the government should be using the to line their pockets with another excuse to tax.

  9. James Wynn. J,P., Poole UNITED KINGDOM

Just one more way that this coalition government is going to take money from poorer people who genuinely deserve to be treated better

  10. Christopher Taylor Bolton UNITED KINGDOM

This scheme WILL NOT provide the government with additional income it will simply prevent ACCESS TO JUSTICE and give insurance companies MORE PROFIT !!!

  11. Christine Hart Bolton UNITED KINGDOM
  12. Paul Hatton Bolton UNITED KINGDOM

No-one seems to care about the effect this will have on victims. The proposed increase in damages has long been proposed and will not cover solicitors costs.
Is this Government run by and for big business. It certainly is not for the rights of innocent victims.

  19. Jonathan Shorrock Bolton UNITED KINGDOM
  20. ADRIAN HART DERBY UNITED KINGDOM

THIS IS TAKING THE INDUSTRY BACK TEN YEARS AND DENYING ACCESS TO JUSTICE FOR THE COMMON MAN
