Old historic buildings should be preserved not demolished to make way for tower blocks.

    Please save these buildings

  3. Tom Merlin UNITED KINGDOM

Amazing longstanding structure not to be replaced with cheap temporary 10yr lifespan building

  4. Andrew Morris UNITED KINGDOM

The mill is an important addition to our city scape and should be converted not demolished.
Questions also need to be asked over this Seychelles registered company.

  5. carol dobson UNITED KINGDOM

This is an amazing structure. Once it is knocked down it is something that we will never see again! Why are planners in Liverpool all for knocking down our amazing structures/buildings/houses to put in their place buildings which have no history !!

Important to protect heritage and historic buildings. New plans completely incongruous with Baltic triangle

  8. Pat Dobson UNITED KINGDOM

The present structure which dates back from the mid Victorian period, is certainly deserving of preservation, both from an architectural and historical perspective. It would be a disgrace if it was pulled down and should no be allowed.

  9. Angie Mahon UNITED KINGDOM

    It’s a great piece of Liverpool’s history!

  10. Martin Mahon UNITED KINGDOM

  11. Martin Mahon UNITED KINGDOM

We need to save this important building in Liverpool! The original Cavern was pulled down & that was a huge mistake & this building is even more important!

  12. John Richardson UNITED KINGDOM

I agree with the petition to save this building as part of Liverpool’s heritage.

  13. Paul clynch UNITED KINGDOM

An extraordinary . Ordinary building . Being left
To rot . Liverpool has a wealth of period buildings
That will be lost to future generations . If rich overseas
Property developers and given a free hand . It needs to
Be renovated and put to mixed use or it will be lost .

  14. Steve Munby UNITED KINGDOM

    Wonderful building. Needs retaining

  15. Paul Davies

A vital part of Liverpool’s, England and the worlds Historical legacy.

  16. Roland Enmarch UNITED KINGDOM

This is a fine example of Victorian industrial architecture, which can readily be put to good use as flats. There is no need to build something from scratch.

  17. Amy Wilson UNITED KINGDOM

More apartments are not needed in this area. This building is historical and should not be demolished, it should be looked after and maintained.

  18. Graham Rooney

    ….

  19. Helen Vincent UNITED KINGDOM

I AM VERY VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT OUR HERITAGE AND CULTURE. KNOCKING THESE OLD BUILDINGS DOWN IS WRONG! ONCE GONE, GONE. WE ARE RECOGNISED AS A WORLD HERITAGE CITY AROUND THE WORLD WE NEED TO USE THESE BUILDINGS WITH CREATIVE, INSPIRATION AND INVENTIVE WAYS IN WHICH OUR GROWING LIVERPOOL POPULATION CAN USE THEM. THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO KNOCK THIS BUILDING DOWN BY A COMPANY NOT WITH LIVERPOOL’S BEST INTERESTES AT HEART OR UNDERSTANDING OF OUR CULTURE, BUT ONLY WITH ONE INTENTION, TO MAKE MONEY.
TOTALLY WRONG. I HOPE THE BUILDING AND OTHERS BECOME LISTED. JOE ANDERSON IS A BUFFOON TO ONLY THINK OF UGLY NEW MONEY MAKING DEVELOPMENT SCHEMES AT THE COST OF SACRIFICING OUR HERITAGE FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS

  20. bill wade UNITED KINGDOM
