So they are no longer "proud to be different." They display the same greed as all their competitors. Time to switch to the FairFX Mastercard I think.

Dismayed. I felt that I could trust the Nationwide. That trust has been dented. What cost is created by a computer calculating a transaction ?

Being a nationwide member for more than 20 years. This is the first time I fundementally disagree with there policy, making them no better than any other financial institution, the result being I will move my business elsewhere. Santander, Saga look like the favorites.

This is a disgraceful way to treat members. If NWBS wants to behave like a mainstream bank why doesn't it have the courage to become one and stop professing to uphold the "benefits" of mutuality.

Nationwide say they are proud to be different, but it turns out they are just another greedy bank. Nationwide is unfairly charging loyal customers to access their money.

Appalled and definitely taking my business elsewhere. Loyal customers should not be penalised
